I'm Ron "Boss", and this is my story

Ron “Boss” Everline has made personal fitness and training his life’s work. Coming from a pedigree of football elites, out of Missouri City, Texas, the NFL was the biggest dream he never lived but has yet to regret.

What started as a favor to a middle-aged, hopeful mother that needed to lose weight so she could get pregnant, has become an entire brand — Just Train. And Boss, the once ambitious athlete who could never be outworked, became a sought-after personal trainer for the world's one-percenters. His ability to transform fitness into a lifestyle has drawn A-list celebrities like Kevin Hart, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Matt Barnes, and Fortune 100 CEOs and positioned Boss as a fitness elite.

The #JustTrain mantra is simple: train your mind and your body will follow. This line of thought has transitioned him from the gym to the boardroom as his design thinking around fitness has generated collaborative activations with Toyota, Marriott, Nike, and most recently, JP Morgan Chase.

Boss has used his platform to show the fun parts of health with a focus on combating childhood obesity through his nonprofit organization, Just Train Kids.
